Delivery to remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days.

Multiple Items & Separate Shipments
If you order multiple items from different sellers, they may arrive separately and at different times, each with its own tracking number.

Customs & Duties (for Cross-Border Shipments)
For international orders delivered to Pakistan, customs duties and taxes may apply.
Customers are responsible for these charges, calculated based on current Pakistani regulations (e.g., items above PKR 5,000 may incur taxes).
Note: Items under PKR 5,000 are generally exempt from customs duties, according to community insights.

Failed Deliveries & Returns
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient not available), the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby facility.
If unclaimed for a certain period, the order may be returned to our warehouseβre-shipping charges may apply if redelivery is needed.
