Coverage & Delivery Areas
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan and Azad Jamu & Kashmir (AJ&K) including major cities and remote regions, depending on courier availability.
Certain areas (e.g., high-altitude or extremely remote zones) may incur additional charges or experience extended delivery times. These additional charges are first discussed with customer.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping notification once your item has been dispatched.
- Delivery time is 1 to 15 working days. Our courier service agrees to deliver same city parcels within 24 hours. However, parcels to the different city within a province take 3-8 days. Moreover, parcels to different province take 4-15 days. These are only estimates. Actual duration may vary.Â

Shipping Charges
Standard shipping fees apply based on your location — these are calculated at checkout.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders, clusters of items, or during campaigns.
- Right now, we’re offering flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 upto 0.5kg. Rs. 250 upto 1 kg and then additional Rs. 110 for each extra 1 kg.

Customs & Duties (for Cross-Border Shipments)
For international orders delivered to Pakistan, customs duties and taxes may apply.
Customers are responsible for these charges, calculated based on current Pakistani regulations (e.g., items above PKR 5,000 may incur taxes).
Note: Items under PKR 5,000 are generally exempt from customs duties, according to community insights.
- However, we don’t deal with such items at the moment.

Failed Deliveries & Returns
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient not available), the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby facility.
If unclaimed for a certain period, the order may be returned to our warehouse—re-shipping charges may apply if redelivery is needed.
- The parcels must be opened/verified in front of rider. If customer considers the option of return/exchange, hand it over to the rider immediately. Otherwise, once the rider goes away, customer shall bear the expense of exchange/returns.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated time, contact our support team immediately.
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, offer a refund or replacement.
