Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Shopilo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return, refund, and exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must satisfy all of the following requirements:
Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.
In the same condition as delivered, with all tags and labels intact.
- Inform our team about your return, refund or exchange concern withint 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise, if not informed to us, no claim understood.
Note: Certain items such as innerwear, cosmetics, hygiene products, and βFinal Saleβ items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.
Refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:
Original Payment Method (if supported by the payment gateway).
Bank Transfer / Mobile Wallet (for COD orders).
Store Credit (can be used on your next purchase).
Refund processing time: 3-5 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
Size issues.
Wrong item received.
Damaged or defective products.
If the desired product/size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24Β hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), we cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons (change of mind, size issues), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact our Customer Support team.
Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pickup/drop-off via courier.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
Undergarments, swimwear, cosmetics, and skincare.
Products marked as Non-Returnable or Final Sale.
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not following care instructions.
